Currently taking a break after second mini album ‘Second Evolution’ promotions, EvoL’s member Say is greeting her fans with a special cover performance.

On July 18, Brand New Stardom uploaded a video on its official Youtube channel, featuring Say performing an acoustic cover of Rihanna’s “California King Bed”. She showcases her vocal talent with her clear and smooth voice.

EVOL member Jucy recently released a music video of her upcoming solo debut! Titled ‘Jucy Fresh’, the song stays true to EVOL’s style of hip-hop and showcases Jucy’s rapping skills. The music video also features underground rapper DeepFlow.

Jucy is working to release a solo mixtape ‘Universe’ which comprises of 11 songs. What did you think of Jucy Fresh?

[News] Twenty-one K-pop artists will perform at the Dream Concert on May 11

The Dream Concert, one of the largest collaborative concerts in Korea, will be held at the Seoul World CupStadium on May 11. The event is hosted by KEPA (Kim Young Jin, president) and the Korea Entertainment Producers’ Association, sponsored by Hyundai Oil Bank, and supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

This is the event’s 19th year, and 21 K-pop singers will perform at the concert, including Beast, SHINee, Infinite, 2AM, Ukiss, ZE:A, Girl’s Generation, Kara, Sistar, 4 Minute, Secret, EXO, B1A4, Rainbow, Heo Gak, Girl’s Day, Speed, BTOB, Evol, and Vixx.

President Kim, of KEPA, says, “The Dream Concert has contributed to spreading Hallyu, the Korean Wave, as a representative K-pop concert. Next year will be its 20th year, and we are preparing to move forward to create new brand value for the concert.”

A red-carpet event will also be held to show off flamboyant fashions of the performing artists.

[News] EvoL reveal teaser photos for upcoming comeback!

Stardom Entertainment recently announced that rookie girl group, EvoL will be making a comeback this month. The group will be releasing their second mini album, “Second Evolution”. On the 18th, album tracks will be released on various music websites at 12PM KST. On the 19th, the album will be released online. Physical sales will start on the 20th. The agency already revealed group teaser images (above).

 EvoL debuted last August 2012 with the single, “We Are A Bit Different”. The group is comprised of 5 members: Say, Hayana, J-DA, Yull and Jucy.
