Female group Miss $ released the music video for their latest single, “You Were Not the…” featuring narration by rapper Verbal Jint through the official Brand New Music YouTube channel.
“You Were Not the…” is the main track of their single album “Lost & Found.” The song is a remix of their song from 2009, and features a narration from their label mate Verbal Jint. The song is about a woman’s changed feelings for her lover.
The music video portrays a break up from the man’s point of view. The video also plays on the lyrics of the song by showing accommodating album covers by artists from the Brand New Music agency. The video also shows illustrated pop up images to add an artistic touch.
