Perhaps taking baby steps into the acting world, Girls’ Generation Seohyun has been scouted to play an important character in the upcoming SBS drama Passionate Love.
SBS stated on August 6 that a script has been sent over to Seohyun, but as casting talks are still in the beginning stages, it’s hard to say whether or not Seohyun will take the role.
SM Entertainment also confirmed that Seohyun did receive the script but nothing has been decided. They are still carefully considering the offer.
If she does take the role, it will be Seohyun’s first time acting, aside from little cameo appearances she’s made in the past.
The drama is scheduled to broadcast in October.
