Elisabeth tells about the life and death of Empress Elisabeth of Austria. The music was composed by Sylvester Levay, who composed the musicals Mozart! and Rebecca as well, and the book and lyrics are by Michael Kunze. Elisabeth has enjoyed successful runs in Europe for over 20 years.
Junsu plays Toad, a personification of death., Some other members of the cast are Kim So Hyun, Ok Ju Hyun, Pak Hyo Shin, and Lee Ji Hoon.
