oo Won revealed his love for A Pink on the latest episode of '1 Night 2 Days.'

The episode showed the flower-boy actor walking with fellow cast member Sung Shi Kyung when talk turned to popular girl groups. Sung Shi Kyung first confessed that he wanted to listen to A Pink's newest hit track, "No No No."

Joo Won had a counter-confession to make, replying, "I don't know if I should say this? I have all of A Pink's songs on my phone."

"When I watch A Pink, I think of S.E.S and Fin.K.L from the past," the actor continued. "It makes me feel good when I listen to them because there's a lot of lyrics telling you to cheer up."

The two stars briefly basked in their girl-group nostalgia by singing and dancing to Fin.K.L's "Eternal Love".

Actor Joo Won revealed an incident that resulted from his resemblance to Kang Dong Won, according to My Daily News.

On a recent episode of KBS2’s “Happy Together 3,” Joo Won mentioned, “Before I debuted, I was mistaken for Kang Dong Won.”

He added, “On my way home from a concert one day, a girl shouted, ‘It’s Kang Dong Won!’ In a matter of seconds, I was the center of attention. A group of female students really thought I was him so when they surrounded me, they took my bag and hat.”

Joo Won continued, “My friend was next to me, and he had to restrain another group of female students who were running towards us. But these girls thought, ‘That must be his manager trying to block the fans,’ so more fan girls kept coming at us.” The entire studio started laughing after hearing about the incident.

In other news, Joo Won’s drama “Good Doctor,” featuring Joo Sang Wook, Jung Man Shik, and Kim Young Kwang, will broadcast episodes starting August 1.

New stills for the upcoming and highly anticipated drama “Good Doctor” have been revealed!

First, leading lady Moon Chae Won transformed into the beautiful and passionate female doctor, Cha Yoon Seo. She sports a white gown over blue scrubs and pulls back her hair in a simple ponytail, perfecting the doctor look.

It is known that Moon Chae Won has been receiving special training and lessons from a real-life pediatrician, reading books and watching documentaries on medical topics in order to strengthen her role.

The staff team commented, “Moon Chae Won has completely fallen into her character Cha Yoon Seo, who is smart, responsible and has a great personality,” and “This is her first time playing a doctor role since her debut so she will be showing new sides of herself that haven’t been seen in her past dramas. We hope you will take a lot of interest.”

Stills of Joo Won were also released, with him looking as handsome as ever!

Joo Won is decked out in a suit, which emphasizes his long legs and handsome face. Joo Won is also said to be doing his research by reading many books and asking many questions to different people to perfect his role as an autism doctor.

Meanwhile, other cast members of “Good Doctor” include Joo Sang Wook, Kim Min Seo, Chun Ho Jin and Kwak Do Won. The pilot episode will air on August 5, after “Shark” ends.

The actor attended as a presenter and said: “It’s been a long time since I stood at this stage. I’m a bit nervous. I was in the military when I received the grand prize in 2011, so I couldn’t attend the ceremony at that time. I wanted to say thank you for giving me the award. I’ll do my best to bring you some quality acting in my next project.”

The Paeksang Art Awards are Korea’s only annual performing-arts awards for production crew members and actors, in TV series or movies. The purpose of the award is to stimulate the development of popular culture as well as to boost to the morale of artists.
