[News] Yang Hyun Suk rates Lee Hi’s concert 80 out of 100 points

YG Entertainment’s Yang Hyun Suk revealed his thoughts regarding Lee Hi’s first concert.

Lee Hi held her first ever concert ‘RE-HI’ in front of 500 fans at Seoul Seokang University’s Merry Hall. She not only sung her own songs, but also presented other artists’ songs, which she had sung before when she was completing in ‘K-Pop Star’.

During the concert, Lee Hi joked, “CEO Yang never gave me a perfect score of 100.” When Yang Hyun Suk was asked by a media outlet what score would he give to the singer’s concert, he answered, “I once gave Park Ji Min 100 points on ‘K-Pop Star’, but never to Lee Hi.”

He then rated the concert, “If I had to give a score, I’d say that this concert would be around 80 points.”

[News] 15& Photo Shoot and Donation to Magazine 'BIG ISSUE'

The female vocal duo 15& donated their model fee to the magazine 'BIG ISSUE' that helps out homeless people.

15&'s members Park Jimin and Baek Yerin revealed their own charms in black and white outfits through the photo shoot. The two were fooling around before the photo shot began, having fun, but as soon as they stood in front of the camera, they got serious in their modeling.

The two, who are living together and in the same classroo at the same school, revealed their trust and affection toward each other during the interview as well.

The two said, "We're very glad to be able to participate in this donation project"

[News] 'K-Pop Star' Park Ji Min, "I’m Happy at JYP!"

"I'm glad to have chosen JYP!"

15& has returned with a new song, "Somebody." Right out of the gates, "Somebody" topped various music charts after being released on the latest episode of "K-Pop Star 2" and promises to be a huge hit this spring.

Members of 15&, Park Ji Min and Baek Ye Rin, are more than excited to come back to the stage as their debut song "I Dream" last year was generally found to be wanting largely due to high expectations for Park Ji Min, the winner of the original season of "K-Pop Star." It remains to be seen whether the duo will be able to bounce back but the start has been nothing short of fantastic.

Last year, In the midst of disappointments, some pointed fingers at Park Ji Min's management company, JYP Entertainment. It was fueled by the contrasting success of Lee Hi, a fellow K-Pop Star contestant who was the runner-up behind Park, and her management company, YG Entertainment. Lee Hi was dubbed the 'monster rookie' for her brilliant performances beyond her age upon her debut.
"I decided to come to JYP because I love this place but I don't understand why people question my decision. Of course, I am well-aware of pros and cons for each management company, be it JYP, YG, SM, etc. But I was especially attracted to the family-like environment at JYP. That is what won my heart over. I wanted to be where I can feel at home and be comfortable. That is the kind of place I wanted to sing and train. For instance, we are allowed cell phones and a lot more flexibility than many other trainees and rookies. JYP has a lot to offer and I am happy here. I have no regret and I believe I can show my true color with JYP," Park Ji Min stated.

Baek Ye Rin, the other member of 15&, chimed in as well. Baek, who was a trainee at JYP for several years, remarked that "seeing fellow trainees at other companies helped me understand that I receive a lot more attention and care, especially from staff members. It really is like family. Of course, I have no regrets, either."

It has been reported that Park Jin Young, the CEO of JYP Entertainment, took reigns for producing the majority of this single and went great lengths to ensure success. 15&'s "Somebody" benchmarked Wonder Girls' "Nobody'"which was a mega hit across Asia.
