CNBlue‘s sixth major single in Japan, “Lady” is already sweeping the charts even before its release. Local news agencies reported a statement from CNBlue’s management, FNC Entertainment, that pre-orders for “Lady” have topped the sales chart in Japan retail chain of HMV.
With weeks still to go before its July 31 release, Version A of “Lady” was on the number one spot for the Korean-Asian releases and daily pre-orders chart, while its Version B went up to third and fourth place. CNBlue has also previously topped the charts for this release in another retailer, Tower Records in Japan.
“Lady” is a three-track release. Aside from the title track, “Don’t Care” and “Monday” will be part of the single.
Meanwhile, CNBlue will be concentrating on Japan activities in between the concerts of their ongoing ”2013 Blue Moon World Tour.” The four-man band is set to go on a 10-performance Zepp Tour in five locations. Soon after the scheduled release of “Lady,” CNBlue will also take to the stage in Japan’s well-known urban rock festival “Summer Sonic 2013″ in Tokyo and Osaka.
