Just three days shy from his 26th birthday, Jang Geun Suk was showered with love from his fans at Gimpo International Airport.
His schedule was to leave for Japan to officially launch his new fashion brand “ZIKZIN.” He arrived at the airport dressed casually in a white tank and shades, unsuspecting of the crowd of fans that waited for him. His official fan club had prepared a surprise party for his upcoming birthday on August 4. Fans presented him flowers, birthday cake, and a birthday song.
“Thank you so much,” said Jang Geun Suk to his fans. The event had to end shortly due to his flight schedule, leaving his fans very sorry to see him go. They continued to wave and bid him farewell until the gate.
In the meantime, Jang Geun Suk will begin his promotional activities in Japan, starting with “ZIKZIN Festival.” It will be held in Osaka on August 3 and 4, featuring a variety of performances by Team-H and items that were used in the making of Jang Geun Suk’s song. To celebrate his birthday on August 4, the festival will be broadcast in 57 theaters nationwide, excluding Okinawa. The festival is scheduled to also happen in Tokyo in August 24 and 25.
