After the 2NE1's 'I am the Best' plagiarism allegation, here is another one. This time, it is U-Kiss' '0330', released in 2011, against a Spanish song.
The fans of U-Kiss discovered a video of a Spanish song entitled, ‘Si Tú No Estás‘ (If you are Not). The good listening skill of the supporters allowed them to conclude that the above song is not an original as it is claimed by the artist named Jenzy.
The alleged plagiarism arose from the fact that the artist who interpreted the song didn't give neither disclaimer nor credit towards U-Kiss, NH Media or Kim Tae Hyun (the composer).
On the other hand, NH Media thanked U-Kiss fans for informing them.
